Mr. Stephen N Lillie of Port Richey Florida, formally of Binghamton, NY.

 

Mr. Stephen N. Lillie, 79, of Port Richey, Florida died October 30th 2022, at home after a short illness. He was born March 6, 1943 in Carbondale, Pa. He grew up with his parents Jean and Norman Lillie in Susquehanna Pa. Stephen was a US Army veteran, serving in Vietnam. After his service he join the Delaware and Hudson Railroad as an electrician where he worked for over 30 years. After retiring Stephen spend living summers in Cape Vincent, NY and winters in Florida. He was a member of Saint Michael the Arch Angel in Port Richey, and Saint Mary’s in Clayton, NY. He was a life long member of the American Legion and VFW. He is survived by his wife of 53 years, Elaine Lillie, Port Richey, Fla; brother, Terrance (Sandra) Lillie of Keshena, Wis; brother-in-law Carl (Theresa) Nichols of Cape May, NJ; sons, Bradley (Catherine) Lillie, Williamson, NY, Scott (Danielle) Lillie, Soddy Daisey, TN; three grandchildren Kayden Lillie, Williamson, NY, Aimes Lillie, Soddy Daisey, TN, Spencer Lillie, Soddy Daisey TN. Stephen was a devoted husband and father who enjoy traveling, and was a lifelong hunter and fisherman who lived for the outdoors.

A Memorial Mass will be held Monday, November 14th, 2022, 11:00am at Saint Michael the Arch Angel, Port Richey, Fla. A military honors and burial will be at the Florida National Cemetery in Bushnell, Florida on Tuesday November 15th, 2022. Memorial contributions can be made to Saint Jude’s Children’s Hospital or the American Cancer Society.
