In Loving Memory of Our Beloved Wife, Mother, and Grandmother

Sandra Faith Farr, born on October 18, 1958, in Altoona, Pennsylvania, was a shining light in the lives of everyone she touched. She was the cherished daughter of the late Samuel and Faith Montieth. Sandra's gentle spirit and kind heart departed from us on February 13th, 2026, at Bayonet Point Hospital.

Sandra was preceded in death by her beloved father and mother, her precious granddaughter Bella, and her dear friends Alice and Joe Orlando. Though we mourn her passing, we find comfort in knowing she is at peace, resting in the arms of those who loved her most.

Sandra’s family respectfully asks that there be no public service. Her husband Larry, with whom she shared 32 beautiful years of love, will take her ashes back home to Pennsylvania, where her roots are deeply planted.

Sandra’s joy in life was evident in the simple pleasures she cherished—adventures to Disney with her husband and children, riding horses, creating arts and crafts, and most of all, the love she poured into her family. She was a devoted mother to Heaolather, Scott (Emily), Joshua, Matt (Erin), and Louis (Diamond). Her heart was full with her eighteen grandchildren—Bella, Trey, Josiah, Jahiem, Aubre’yanna, Jazyln, Kehlani, Jordan, Payton, Ayson, Isabella, Colton, Daniel, Konnor, Bryce, Arabella, Remington, and Caroline—each one a precious part of her life.

Sandra is also survived by her loving brother Wayne and his wife Connie.

A special thank you from our family goes to her incredible CNA, Daibys Perez. From the moment they met, Sandra and Daibys shared a bond filled with love, laughter, and friendship. Sandra adored Daibys like a daughter, and their playful games of dominoes—cheating and all—brought her so much happiness. Sandra lovingly helped Daibys learn English, and Daibys in turn helped Sandra with Spanish. Their bond was truly special, and we are forever grateful for the love and kindness Daibys showed.

Sandra’s warmth, compassion, and joyful spirit will be dearly missed, but her love will forever live on in our hearts. We hold her close in our memories and cherish every moment we shared.
