Robert Albert Duhaime, Jr., 64, passed away on Friday, April 17th, 2020 after a brief illness. He was known to his friends and family as Bob or Boob. He was born on November 18th, 1955 to Robert and Janet Duhaime-Morris and was a graduate of Keene High School in 1973. Bob served four years in the Army stationed in Germany. When he returned from Germany, he attended Johnson and Wales University in Rhode Island and made his career as a chef. In 1988 he decided to move to Florida to be with family. Bob is survived by his mother, Janet Duhaime-Morris, his brother Mark Duhaime, his sister Doreen, her husband Timothy Martin, his sister-in- law Diane, whose husband Michael is deceased, nieces Tiffany Tharpe (Bruce) and Amanda Duhaime, nephews Travis Martin (Sara), Bryan Duhaime, Greg Duhaime (Bethany) and Steve Duhaime (Schauntel), and grandnieces Kayla Rose Hickey, Sienna Duhaime and grandnephews, Tevin, Marshall and Karter Duhaime, Tyler and Tanner Martin and Roman Tharpe, his Aunt Joyce Berry, his cousin Holly Berry, several other aunts, uncles and cousins, and his lifelong friends Al Campbell and Jim Little. Bob was an avid baseball fan and enjoyed attending games at Tropicana Field, but his heart always belonged to the Boston Red Sox. He also enjoyed attending the Buccaneers games and watching the New England Patriots. Travel was one of his passions and he enjoyed traveling outside the country with his travel partner Kayla Rose Hickey. He was well respected and loved by his community. They all enjoyed his cooking and loved receiving his delicious home baked goodies. They also knew him to be a practical joker and enjoyed his sense of humor. Robert’s Celebration of life will take place at a later date in New Port Richey, Florida.
