Edward Mawhorter

Edward "Edd" Mawhorter, age 79, of Floral City, Florida, formerly of Clarkston, Michigan, passed away unexpectedly on July 29, 2025.

Edd was a devoted father, grandfather, and great-grandfather who found joy in life's simple pleasures - especially fishing and spending time with his family and friends. He will be remembered for his quiet strength, kind spirit, and deep love for those closest to him.

He is survived by his daughters, Lisa St. Germain and Mona Rowland; grandchildren, Nick Gomez (Mystie de Alvarado), Amanda Gomez (Benjamin Noel), Katrina Gomez (Thomas Schoen), and Sofie Rowland; and great-grandchildren, Jackson, Kennedi, Macy, and Norma.

A private celebration of life will be held by the family at a later date.
