He is survived by his wife Hazel, son Charles Jr, 2 daughters Melissa & Amanda along with 7 grandchildren & and 1 great-grandchild. He also leaves behind a brother Bobby & a sister Michelle.
There will be a visitation Wednesday July 29th from 9 AM to 11 AM at Prevatt Funeral Home followed by a funeral service presided over by Pastor Mickey Burroughs. Following the service he will be laid to rest at East Elfers Cemetery in New Port Richey.
