Anne Kern

Anne Kern, 86, of Homosassa, passed away peacefully on February 26, 2026, surrounded by her loving husband, daughter, son-in law, and grandchildren.

Anne was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother whose kindness, strength, and steady love shaped the lives of those around her. She shared 67 wonderful years of marriage with her beloved husband, Robert "Bob" Kern of Homosassa.

She is survived by her husband Bob; her daughter Cindy Smith and son-in law Dennis; her granddaughters Lauren Whittaker and her husband Matt, and Caitlin Black and her husband Ian; her grandson Connor Smith; and her two cherished great-grandchildren, Emma Black and Harrison Black.

Her family will forever carry her love, her lessons, and the warmth she brought into every room.
