Alphonsine Stella Polito

Alphonsine passed away peacefully in her sleep July 22, 2021 She is survived by her son Robert Janson and his wife, Judy and her son Ricky Janson, her step-daughters, Diana Mae, Mary Jean, Stella and their families. Also, her brother Ivan and his wife Diane and brother Valery and her sister Sarah. Along with many nieces and nephews. She is pre-deceased by her husband Roland and her daughter Lucille. Alphonsine came to the United States from Canada as a young woman with her then husband Maurice who passed away in 1974. She resided in Connecticut until she and Roland retired to Florida in 1985. Alphonsine was an avid gardener and was often praised by area flower clubs and her neighbors for her beautiful landscape around her home. She was loved and will be missed by her family and friends.
